About us · ALAVIVA Developers
We develop territories so that life can thrive.
We bring together land planning, architecture, construction and forest regeneration to create places where people and wildlife can thrive together.
Every planting is part of one vision: to bring back the forest and widen the chances of life for wildlife.

Our conviction
We humans can help regenerate ecosystems.
We believe in a way of living on the land that helps it recover. Our ambition goes beyond reducing impact: we want every project to help create better conditions for the forest and those who live in it. That means planning together where we build, the forest we restore and the opportunities that open up for communities.
01 · Land planning
Organizing land uses around the terrain, water, forest and the connectivity of the landscape.
02 · Architecture and construction
Developing spaces to live in and share, fitted to the conditions of each place.
03 · Forest regeneration
Driving the recovery of vegetation and of the habitats that give wildlife food and shelter.
04 · Wildlife and community
Encouraging coexistence with wildlife and opportunities tied to caring for nature.
Who is behind it

Founder & CEO of ALAVIVA · Founder & Director of Fundación Loros
Alejandro Rigatuso
Alejandro is an entrepreneur and a product and growth leader. His career combines building companies, developing digital products and wildlife conservation.
For a decade at Toptal, he led growth and product initiatives. He was VP of Product at La Haus, where he conceived and launched La Haus Fraction, a fractional real-estate investment product. He also founded Postcron, a company he sold in 2015.
In 2022 he founded Fundación Loros, dedicated to the conservation and rehabilitation of parrots and macaws. With ALAVIVA he brings that business experience together with a conviction: developing land can contribute to the regeneration of ecosystems.

Our bond with Fundación Loros
One conviction.Two ways to act.
ALAVIVA develops territories. Fundación Loros works on wildlife conservation, the rehabilitation of parrots and macaws, the restoration of their habitat and the involvement of local communities.
Both initiatives, founded by Alejandro, share the vision of a landscape where human presence helps wildlife thrive. The Foundation takes part in caring for the shared native forest on ALAVIVA land.

What is ALAVIVA developing?+
We offer land for tourism and country projects in Villanueva, Bolívar. We are also developing AMAZONA, a conceptual project of vacation homes under a fractional ownership model. You can check the scope and stage of each proposal on our site.
What does the tree figure represent?+
It is the cumulative number of trees planted on the land, as reported by ALAVIVA in November 2026. It refers to plantings carried out; it is not a real-time count or a measure of how many trees survive.
Can I visit the land?+
Yes. Our team can guide you through the projects and arrange a visit so you can see the place and get your questions answered. Write to us to set it up.
Trust begins by getting to know the place.
Let's talk about the land, what we are developing and how you can be part of it.
