The yellow-crowned Amazon, Amazona ochrocephala, inspires the project’s name. Each home celebrates a species of parrot or macaw, inviting us to know them, appreciate them and protect their freedom.

The architecture is the same; the personality isn't. Each home carries a roof mural of a bird native to Colombia, and its cushions, ceramics and façade sun take on that bird's colors. These are ten of the birds that inspire AMAZONA. Which one is most like you?

Each home is divided into eight fractions, and each fraction entitles you to six weeks of use per year. The ownership structure, usage rules and trust are still being structured and will be defined in the final documents.
Is the home already built?
The project is at the conceptual design stage. Images and plans are conceptual; they do not depict a completed building or the final design.
Are all homes the same size?
No. Each home is unique. Areas in the reference layout are approximate and do not represent a subdivision of the land. Designs, pools, finishes and prices may vary by position and final design.
What is included in the price of a fraction?
The approximate reference price starts at about US$46,500 per fraction (rounded; prices are set in Colombian pesos). Areas, finishes, equipment, costs and financial terms will be defined in the final documents. The proposed services and amenities are not included in the price of the fraction.
Can I put down a deposit or reserve a fraction?
No. AMAZONA is at the pre-project stage: we do not accept payments, deposits or reservations. You can schedule a visit or request information with no commitment.
